The happy half bath | Powder Bathroom

This was a one bed one bath condo in a mid-rise near downtown. The original floor plan had all guests sharing the only bathroom in the unit which was located through their bedroom, not ideal.

We were challenged with creating this space and ensuring that the closet/storage would still be sufficient.

We exceeded their expectations with a gorgeous addition and a custom closet solution to meet their needs & requirements.
